Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policy

  • Cancellation made up to 3 business day prior to the start of the seminar or workshop will receive a full refund minus a 7% processing fee.

  • Refunds will not be given for anyone who has taken the whole or part the seminar or workshop.

  • Refunds will not be given for any cancellations made 2 days before the start of the seminar or workshop.

  • Refunds will not be given for anyone that doesn’t show up on the day of the seminar or workshop.

  • Rescheduling is not permitted 2 days before the start of a seminar or workshop.

  • Students must attend 80% or more of Seminars & Workshops total duration to receive Certificate of Completion.

  • If a student is not satisfied with the instructors teaching method, knowledge, or quality of the training environment let us know on the first class during business hours, but before the second class and we will issue you a full refund of the tuition cost.

  • If the tuition was paid by a credit card, there will be a 7% processing fee for the refund.

  • Refunds will not be given to students who does not qualify for the certification exam, misses days of the class, or cannot attend the class.

 

Retake Policy

  • Free retakes are permitted only if there are unfilled seats in the seminar or workshop.

  • Retakes will be confirmed 1 day before the start of the seminar or workshop.

  • Every student is allowed 1 free retake per seminar or workshop.

  • A retake must be taken within 6 months from the start date of the seminar or workshop.

  • Retakes cancelled on the date of the Retake will not be allowed to retake the Workshop or Seminar.

  • All Customer information will not be shared with any company.
